  I was in your store today 10-1-14 and checked out at 1:21pm, we purchased 3 (4gallon) bottles of water refills from your store, the only request we have is to have someone walk out to the drive up and put them into our vehicle, my husband and I are disabled, and can't do a lot of lifting, I lift them from the machine to the cart, and just need someone to lift them into the vehicle, and every time it seems like it is a big problem to find someone to do this, today I had one bagger that said she can't lift that much and NOBODY knew where to find anyone that was able to do it, but in the meantime everybody asked if I wanted to drive up "HELLO" my husband is already out there, just need someone to lift the bottles into the car ! ! It would be nice if you had at least 1 male on duty for occasions like this, it is very frustrating to shop at your store and not be able to get assistance when you need it.. This happens every time we get refills on our bottles! !
