  Though staff is friendly there, and it's a nice atmosphere to hang out in if you're in no hurry at. I have tried to go through the drive through four times in the last couple weeks. Arriving at 7:20 am in the morning is crunch time for most working people. I've had to leave the drive through all four times because service has been so slow, and that's only having one vehicle in front of me. I don't have time to wait ten mins in line and wait another ten mins to get my coffee. That's ridiculous. There needs to be more staff on early in the morning. I'm proud to help out small businesses as much as I can. But with customer service this bad. If Starbucks would ever come to Shawano. This place would never see me again. It doesn't beat Starbucks customer service that's for sure.

  I absolutely adore this quaint little coffeehouse!!!!! The decor is lovely, it's quiet, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the lattes are fantastic and they have a wonderful assortment of baked goods!!!! The prices are the best I've seen from any coffeehouse as well.
